I’ve grown a business and a leadership team, and I also understand the complexity of start-ups having launched 2 in the last few years. I am a leadership and business coach, trainer and director of disability inclusion business With Not For.
The hardest thing in business is that we are dealing with people, and every one of us is different and living under different circumstances.
I know how hard it is to attract, develop and retain talent, I have experienced it too.

I am human, just like you. Throughout my career I have learnt to be agile in order to evolve, however my passion has always remained the same. To be true to my values; creating positive impact that is accessible for all and genuinely seek joy in all that I do.
I am hugely passionate about the creative and marketing industry having spent my whole working life in it, building teams, developing managers and coaching creative business owners. I care about inclusivity, sustainability and work life balance. You’ll often find me walking along the seafront or through the woods whilst on coaching calls, or exploring new places with my son, whilst we cheer on my husband running ultra marathons.
